1. Who we are
This website, 30daysfreedom.co.uk, is operated by João Calca, trading as 30 Days Freedom ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your purchase and use of our digital products. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before buying. Contact: support@30daysfreedom.co.uk.
2. The products
"The Products" means the digital learning materials sold on this website: the AI Confident After 40+ Programme Guide, the Companion Workbook, and the 8 companion video lessons, together with any included bonus resources. The Products are supplied as digital content, by download only.
3. Ordering and delivery
- Orders are placed through our secure third-party checkout. Payment confirms your order.
- Delivery is electronic and immediate: after payment you receive access to download the Products. Keep your receipt email — it contains your download link.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout. If your materials do not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will re-issue access.
By purchasing digital content for immediate delivery, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the Products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about customer support and refund requests.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the full price payable — one payment, no subscription.
- Promotional pricing (such as launch pricing) may change or end without notice; the price shown at checkout at the time of your order is the price you pay. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their own rate.
- Payments are processed by a specialist payment provider (currently Gumroad). We never see or store your full card details.
5. Your licence
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store and use the Products for your own learning. You may:
- keep copies on your own devices, permanently — access does not expire;
- complete the Companion Workbook digitally for your own use.
You may not:
- resell, rent, lend, publish or redistribute the Products in any form;
- share, upload or post them to any website, file-sharing service, group or forum;
- copy substantial portions of them into other works, products or courses;
- use them to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop machine-learning systems;
- remove copyright or trademark notices.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Products and on this website — text, design, mock-ups, worksheets, video content and the Chain Structure™ method name — is owned by João Calca and protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchase transfers a licence to use the Products, not ownership of them. Chain Structure™ is a trademark of the author.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, redistribution, sharing, resale or commercial use of the Products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action where appropriate.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Products and this website lawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or other customers' materials, and not to access or share download links other than those issued to you.
8. Refund requests
We genuinely want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you experience a genuine issue with the programme, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to understand the issue and help resolve it before considering a refund.
Because the Products consist of digital content that becomes immediately accessible after purchase, refund requests are not automatically approved. Every request is reviewed individually, taking into account the circumstances of the purchase, the nature of the issue, and any assistance already provided by our support team.
Where appropriate, we may offer guidance, technical assistance or another reasonable solution before determining whether a refund is appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
9. Educational disclaimer
- The Products are educational material. They teach practical skills, but individual results depend on your effort, circumstances and application of the material — we do not guarantee any specific outcome, income or career result.
- The Products teach you to use third-party AI assistants. Those services belong to their respective providers, may change, and are subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, any AI provider, including OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.
- Nothing in the Products constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures of third-party services (such as AI assistants, payment providers or your internet connection).
11. Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate email address at checkout and keep your receipt.
- Store your downloaded files safely; we recommend saving a backup copy.
- Keep the download link issued to you private — it is for your use only.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to your purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you retain any protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
